Chris kept me very well informed throughout from quote to after the installation. The team were very accommodating, helpful and polite and took care of the house, leaving it clean and tidy after each day. The installation went smoothly and according to plan. The installers and contractors knew what they were doing and have completed to a high standard, I went from a solid fuel system to heat pump and I'm very impressed with the heat level - I thought my house couldn't ever be warm and I've definitely been proved wrong.
