How It Works
1. Site survey and specification
A GAS/OFFTEC site survey checks tank location, flue route and heat demand. We size the boiler, confirm flue and access requirements and provide a written recommendation.
2. Installation or service
OFTEC-registered engineers fit the boiler, burner and new flue where required, or carry out a full annual service including burner clean and flue gas analysis.
3. Commissioning and handover
We commission with combustion readings, explain controls and paperwork, register the install where needed and outline maintenance to protect performance and warranty.
